The company is a privately held firm which operates a petrol station, a facility which sells fuel and lubricants for motor vehicles. It was incorporated in June of 1977 and conducts business from its registered head office located in Tui, Spain. The company offers lower prices on gasoline. It sells gasoline from independent suppliers or from the major petroleum companies. It also has attendants which operate the pumps, often wipes the windshield, and sometimes checks the vehicle's oil level and tire pressure, then collects payment (and perhaps a small tip). In addition, the company operates a convenience store which sell food, beverages, cigarettes, lottery tickets, motor oil, and sometimes auto parts.
